2. Antivirus Removal
If you receive the error 0xC1900101, the problem may be caused by your antivirus software. To solve the problem, it is recommended to completely uninstall the antivirus program and try to reinstall the update.

3. Disconnect all devices
Some users have confirmed that they were able to install the latest version of Windows 10 after disconnecting all devices from their computer.
Even if this seems to be a third party solution, you should try it, because it has proven useful for some users.
4. Removing additional RAM or network card
Errors 0XC190010 and especially 0XC190010 to 0x20017 are sometimes caused by an extra amount of RAM. Try uninstalling a RAM module and try reinstalling Windows 10.
Some users also reported that removing their network card also corrected the 0xC1900101 error.
5. Start SFC scan
- Type cmd in the search box and click Run as Administrator at the command prompt.
- Type the sfc/scannow command and press the Enter key, then wait for the scanning to finish.
This error can sometimes be due to corrupt system files, but you can easily correct it by running an SFC scan.
Once the SFC scan is complete, the problem should be resolved and you should be able to upgrade.

6. Check the available space for the upgrade

8. Removing problematic requests
Sometimes third party applications can disrupt the update process and cause the 0xC1900101 error. Users reported that applications such as Acronis True Image and Trusteer Report were the main cause of this error.
If you are using any of these applications or other similar tools, remove them completely from your PC and try to update them.
Some users have reported that their problem is solved after removing the problematic software, so feel free to try it.
9. Disable the LAN card in BIOS.
As mentioned above, error 0xC1900101 may occur due to peripherals and connected peripherals. The most common cause of this problem is your wireless adapter, but sometimes this problem can also be caused by your Ethernet adapter.

10. BIOS Update
